Creamed Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed directly through www.JustGetCreamed.com By placing an order with Creamed, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Terms of Service, our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends, holidays, warehouse closures, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control.

Our standard order processing time is:

2 to 5 business days

Processing time means the time needed to receive, verify, prepare, pack, label, and transfer your order to the shipping carrier.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

An order is considered shipped when the package is physically placed in the possession of the shipping carrier. The FTC rule defines shipment in this context as physically placing the merchandise in the possession of the carrier.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping and delivery timeframes may be shown at checkout, in your order confirmation, or in carrier tracking.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly state that a specific timeframe is guaranteed.

Creamed is responsible for shipping your order within the timeframe we state at checkout, on the product page, or in your order confirmation.

If no shipping timeframe is stated, Creamed follows applicable law, including the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. That rule generally requires sellers to have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within the stated time, or within 30 days if no time is clearly stated.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping rates may vary based on:

  1. Delivery location
  2. Order size
  3. Package weight
  4. Shipping method
  5. Carrier rates
  6. Promotions
  7. Taxes or other applicable charges

Creamed may offer free shipping, discounted shipping, promotional shipping, or flat-rate shipping at our discretion.

Shipping promotions may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time unless prohibited by law.

4. Carriers

Creamed may use one or more shipping carriers, including but not limited to:

  1. USPS
  2. UPS
  3. FedEx
  4. DHL
  5. Regional carriers
  6. Third-party fulfillment partners

We may choose the carrier and shipping method for an order unless a specific carrier or method is offered and selected at checkout.

Carrier selection may depend on the destination, package type, service availability, cost, carrier performance, weather, regional restrictions, or fulfillment needs.

5. Tracking

When your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier. Creamed does not control carrier tracking scans, tracking delays, estimated delivery dates, or tracking accuracy after the package is in the carrier’s possession.

A delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is lost.

6. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout.

This includes:

  1. Full name
  2. Street address
  3. Apartment, suite, unit, or building number, if applicable
  4. City
  5. State
  6. ZIP code
  7. Country, if applicable
  8. Valid email address
  9. Valid phone number, if required for delivery

Creamed is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable because of incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at:

We will try to update the address before fulfillment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing, been packed, labeled, transferred to fulfillment, or shipped.

7. Order Changes After Purchase

We cannot guarantee order changes after checkout.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, labeled, or shipped, we may be unable to change:

  1. Shipping address
  2. Shipping method
  3. Product selection
  4. Quantity
  5. Email address
  6. Phone number
  7. Billing information
  8. Delivery instructions

Creamed is not responsible for customer errors submitted at checkout.

8. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Creamed unless expressly stated.

Carrier transit time may be affected by:

  1. Weather
  2. Holidays
  3. Carrier volume
  4. Labor disruptions
  5. Incorrect addresses
  6. Regional service interruptions
  7. Security events
  8. Natural disasters
  9. Customs delays
  10. Carrier routing errors
  11. Failed delivery attempts
  12. Building access issues
  13. Package theft after delivery

Creamed is not liable for carrier delays after an order has been shipped, except where required by law.

9. Shipping Delays Before Shipment

If Creamed cannot ship your order within the timeframe promised at checkout, on the product page, or in your order confirmation, we will provide notice where required by law.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may provide:

  1. A revised estimated shipping date
  2. The option to consent to the delay
  3. The option to cancel the order
  4. A refund for unshipped merchandise

The FTC rule requires sellers who cannot ship on time to offer the buyer a clear option to consent to the delay or cancel the order and receive a prompt refund.

10. Preorders, Backorders, and Limited Releases

If Creamed offers preorders, backorders, limited releases, made-to-order products, or delayed-shipping items, the estimated shipping window will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.

By purchasing a preorder or delayed-shipping item, you agree to the disclosed shipping window.

If a shipping delay occurs beyond the disclosed timeframe, Creamed will provide any notices, cancellation rights, or refund options required by applicable law.

Do not purchase a preorder or limited-release item if you are unwilling to wait through the stated shipping window.

11. Split Shipments

Creamed may ship items in separate packages or from separate fulfillment locations.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly disclosed before purchase.

12. Marked Delivered but Not Received

If carrier tracking shows that your package was delivered, Creamed may treat the order as delivered unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, you should:

  1. Check around your delivery area
  2. Check with household members, roommates, neighbors, front desk staff, mailrooms, leasing offices, or building management
  3. Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct
  4. Wait at least 24 hours, because some carriers mark packages delivered before actual drop-off
  5. Contact the carrier directly
  6. Contact Creamed at support@JustGetCreamed.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery scan

Creamed may request documentation before reviewing a marked-delivered claim, including:

  1. Order number
  2. Tracking number
  3. Confirmation of shipping address
  4. Written statement from the customer
  5. Carrier claim number
  6. Police report, where appropriate
  7. Photos of delivery location, where helpful

Creamed is not responsible for theft, loss, disappearance, damage, or unauthorized access after carrier-confirmed delivery, except where required by law.

13. Lost Packages

A package may be considered lost only after the carrier has had a reasonable time to investigate and confirm loss.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us at:

Include:

  1. Order number
  2. Tracking number
  3. Shipping address
  4. Date of last tracking update
  5. Any communication from the carrier

Creamed may wait for the carrier investigation before issuing any replacement, refund, or credit.

If a carrier confirms that a package was lost before delivery, Creamed may, at our discretion and where legally permitted, provide:

  1. Replacement shipment
  2. Store credit
  3. Refund
  4. Partial refund
  5. Other legally required remedy

14. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

Include:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of the damaged product
  3. Photos of the shipping box or mailer
  4. Photos of all packaging materials
  5. Photos of the shipping label
  6. Description of the damage
  7. Whether any product leaked, broke, melted, opened, or appeared tampered with

You must keep the product, packaging, shipping materials, and label until the claim is resolved.

We may deny damaged-package claims that are submitted late, missing required evidence, inconsistent with tracking or fulfillment records, or caused by customer mishandling after delivery.

If approved, Creamed may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, partial refund, or other legally required remedy.

15. Heat, Cold, Weather, and Product Condition

Creamed products may be affected by extreme heat, cold, sunlight, freezing temperatures, humidity, or prolonged exposure after delivery.

You are responsible for retrieving your package promptly after delivery and storing products according to the instructions on the label, product page, or packaging.

Creamed is not responsible for product changes, melting, freezing, separation, leakage, texture changes, scent changes, packaging deformation, or damage caused by:

  1. Packages left outside after delivery
  2. Mailrooms, parcel lockers, or delivery areas exposed to heat or cold
  3. Customer delay in retrieving the package
  4. Storage in vehicles
  5. Storage in direct sunlight
  6. Improper storage after delivery
  7. Mishandling after delivery

If Creamed determines that a product issue was caused by shipping damage before delivery, we may review the issue under our damaged-package process.

16. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or deemed undeliverable, Creamed is not required to refund the order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Packages may be returned or refused because of:

  1. Incorrect address
  2. Missing apartment or unit number
  3. Customer refusal
  4. Failed delivery attempts
  5. Unclaimed package
  6. Carrier access issue
  7. Restricted delivery location
  8. Expired hold period
  9. Forwarding issue
  10. Address not recognized by carrier

If a package is returned to Creamed and is eligible for reshipment, we may offer to reship it at the customer’s expense.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was caused by Creamed’s error or applicable law requires otherwise.

Because Creamed products are personal-care hygiene products, returned packages may not be eligible for resale or refund once they have left our controlled supply chain.

17. Incorrect Items or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order is missing an item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

Include:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of everything received
  3. Photos of the packing slip, if included
  4. Photos of the shipping label
  5. Description of the missing or incorrect item

If we confirm that Creamed made a fulfillment error, we may provide a replacement, missing-item shipment, refund, store credit, or other legally required remedy.

18. Delivery to Apartments, Offices, Campuses, Hotels, and Shared Locations

If you ship to an apartment building, office, campus, hotel, mailroom, front desk, receiving department, parcel locker, shared household, or other multi-person location, delivery may be completed when the carrier delivers the package to the location’s receiving area.

Creamed is not responsible for packages lost, misplaced, stolen, delayed, rejected, or mishandled by third parties at the delivery location after carrier-confirmed delivery, except where required by law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can safely receive packages.

19. P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses, and Restricted Locations

Some shipping methods may not be available for P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, rural addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, campuses, or restricted locations.

We may cancel, delay, or request a different address if the selected carrier cannot deliver to the address provided.

Shipping to military addresses, remote locations, or restricted areas may take longer than standard delivery estimates.

20. Freight Forwarders and Package Forwarding Services

Creamed may refuse, cancel, or limit orders shipped to freight forwarders, reshippers, package forwarding companies, virtual mailboxes, or similar services.

If we allow shipment to a freight forwarder or package forwarding service, Creamed’s responsibility ends when the order is delivered to the original shipping address provided at checkout, except where required by law.

Creamed is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, customs issues, repackaging, relabeling, tampering, mishandling, or nondelivery after the package is received by a freight forwarder or third-party forwarding service.

21. International Shipping

Option A, if you do not ship internationally yet:

Creamed currently ships only within [United States / specific regions].

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders placed with international shipping addresses, freight forwarders, or package forwarding services may be canceled at our discretion.

Option B, if you do ship internationally:

Creamed may offer international shipping to select countries at our discretion.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, tariffs, inspections, delays, documentation requirements, and compliance with local laws.

Creamed does not guarantee that our products can be lawfully imported, sold, possessed, or used in every country.

International orders may be delayed by customs, inspections, carrier handoffs, or local delivery issues.

Creamed is not responsible for customs delays, import refusal, confiscation, duties, taxes, or fees, except where required by law.

If an international order is returned, refused, abandoned, seized, or destroyed due to customs, import restrictions, customer refusal, unpaid duties, or local delivery issues, the order may not be eligible for refund.

22. Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, import fees, carrier fees, customs charges, and other government or third-party charges unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Sales tax, where applicable, may be calculated and collected at checkout.

23. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, labeled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

24. Package Protection, Insurance, and Optional Coverage

If Creamed offers package protection, shipping insurance, delivery protection, or a similar optional service, the terms of that service will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable policy.

Do not describe an optional fee as “insurance” unless the program is real and you are prepared to honor bona fide loss claims. FTC guidance states that offering delivery insurance can imply the seller will honor nondelivery claims through prompt reshipment or refund when appropriate.

If Creamed does not offer package protection, use this language:

Creamed does not currently offer customer-purchased shipping insurance or package protection. We will review lost, damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, delayed, or legally required claims under this Shipping Policy and our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.

25. Final Sale Hygiene Product Notice

Creamed products are personal-care hygiene products.

For hygiene, safety, quality-control, and tamper-prevention reasons, Creamed products are final sale once shipped, except for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, delayed, or legally required remedies.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

This Shipping Policy works together with our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy.

For California customers, restrictive return policies must be clearly displayed. California’s Attorney General explains that retailers that do not provide full refund, credit, or equal exchange within seven days must clearly display the policy, with exceptions including final-sale items and goods that cannot be resold for health reasons.

26. Force Majeure

Creamed is not liable for shipping delays, delivery failures, or fulfillment interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  1. Weather
  2. Natural disasters
  3. Fire
  4. Flood
  5. Pandemic or public health emergency
  6. Labor strikes
  7. Carrier disruptions
  8. Supply shortages
  9. Manufacturing delays
  10. Fulfillment center disruptions
  11. Power outages
  12. Internet outages
  13. Cyberattacks
  14. War
  15. Terrorism
  16. Civil unrest
  17. Government action
  18. Customs delays
  19. Payment processor issues
  20. Other events beyond our reasonable control

Where required by law, we will still provide required notices, cancellation rights, or refunds for unshipped orders.

27. Fraud, Abuse, and Claim Denial

Creamed reserves the right to deny shipping claims, refunds, replacements, credits, or future orders if we reasonably suspect:

  1. Fraud
  2. Policy abuse
  3. False delivery claims
  4. Repeated unsupported claims
  5. Chargeback misuse
  6. Resale or diversion
  7. Tampering
  8. Altered photos or documents
  9. Incorrect information
  10. Bad-faith conduct

Creamed may use order records, tracking data, carrier confirmations, delivery scans, customer communications, photos, fulfillment records, IP data, payment data, and other available evidence to investigate and dispute fraudulent or abusive claims.
