Creamed Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

Final Sale Policy
Because Creamed products are personal-care products that may come into contact with the body, all Creamed products are final sale once shipped.
For hygiene, safety, quality-control, and tamper-prevention reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products with broken, removed, damaged, or altered seals
- Products that have left our controlled supply chain
- Products returned to sender by a carrier
- Products purchased by mistake
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Preference-based issues, including scent, texture, feel, size, packaging preference, or personal compatibility
- Orders placed with the wrong item, quantity, address, or shipping method selected by the customer
We do not resell returned personal-care products. This protects every Creamed customer.
Exceptions
We will review refund or replacement requests only when one of the following applies:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item was defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was missing an item.
- Your order was not shipped within the promised shipping timeframe and you are entitled to cancel under applicable law.
- A refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, warranty, or shipping laws.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items
To request help with a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

- Your order number
- The email address used for the order
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage
- Photos showing any lot number, batch number, or seal condition, if applicable
We may deny requests that are incomplete, submitted late, unsupported by evidence, or inconsistent with carrier tracking, fulfillment records, or product inspection records.
If your claim is approved, Creamed may choose, at our discretion and where legally permitted, to provide one of the following remedies:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
- Partial refund
- Missing item shipment
For incorrect items, we may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. If the mistake was ours, we will provide return instructions or a prepaid return label where required.
Shipping Damage
If a product is damaged in transit, you must keep the product, box, packaging materials, and shipping label until the claim is resolved. We may need these materials to verify the issue or support a carrier claim.
Damage caused after delivery, including heat exposure, freezing, mishandling, storage in a vehicle, damage by pets or children, or failure to store the product properly, is not covered.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows that an order was delivered, Creamed is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, misdelivery, or package disappearance after delivery, except where required by law.
If tracking does not show delivery, contact us within 10 calendar days of the last tracking update so we can review the shipment.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund. If the carrier returns the package to us, we may, at our discretion, offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, labeled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If the order has already entered fulfillment, the sale remains final.
Shipping Delays
We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the product page. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we follow applicable law.
If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will notify you where required and provide options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to the delay or canceling the order for a refund. The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires sellers to ship within the promised time or, if no time is stated, generally within 30 days, and to offer delay/cancellation rights when required.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law or agreed by Creamed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error, a covered shipping issue, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Unauthorized Returns
Do not mail products back to Creamed without written return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender. Unauthorized returns do not create any right to a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Retailer and Marketplace Purchases
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from Creamed at [website URL].
If you purchased Creamed from a retailer, marketplace, event, distributor, or third-party seller, your purchase is subject to that seller’s return policy. We cannot refund purchases made through third parties.
Abuse, Fraud, and Excessive Claims
Creamed reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, credits, or future orders where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, policy manipulation, repeated unsupported claims, chargeback misuse, or bad-faith conduct.
We reserve the right to document and dispute chargebacks using order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, product photos, and fulfillment data.
Consumer Review Rights
Nothing in this policy restricts your right to leave an honest review or share your truthful experience with Creamed. Do not add any clause threatening customers for negative reviews. The Consumer Review Fairness Act makes form-contract terms void if they restrict honest reviews, impose penalties for reviews, or require customers to transfer rights in reviews.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless a later policy is more favorable to the customer or applicable law requires otherwise.
